I'm a private, one-person Hot Wheels reseller — not a company with a data team. This page explains, plainly, what happens to information you give me through this site.

What I collect

Checkout: your name, phone number, email, and shipping address (street, city, state, PIN code), plus any notes you add.
Newsletter signup: just your email address.

I don't use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. Your cart and wishlist selections live only in your browser's memory for that visit — they're not saved, logged, or tracked, and they disappear if you refresh the page.

How I use it

To process your payment via Razorpay and ship your order to the address you provide.
To email you when new pieces are listed, if you signed up for that.
To reply if you've asked a question in the notes field.

That's it — I don't use your information for anything beyond fulfilling the order or update you actually asked for.

Where it's stored

Order and shipping details are stored in my hosting provider's (Netlify) forms dashboard and forwarded to my personal email inbox. Payment itself is handled entirely by Razorpay — I never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. I don't maintain a separate customer database.

Sharing your data

I don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. The only third parties who ever see it are the ones needed to get your order to you and process payment — Razorpay for the transaction, and a courier service for delivery.
